Conditions treated at Back to Back
At Back to Back, we regularly treat a wide range of everyday and sports-related injuries. Injuries are simply part of being active, and most people will experience them at some point. Whether you’re working at a desk, gardening, exercising at weekends, or competing at a high level, injury can happen — and with the right care, recovery is achievable.
Our experienced team is able to help you on your journey towards recovery with treatment and exercise management, which aim to keep you moving better, reduce your pain and improve your resilience. In your first appointment we’ll go through a comprehensive case history, complete a thorough examination and making a working diagnosis, so we can formulate a plan going forwards. If we feel that we are unable to help, we can refer you for imaging or to one of our lovely sports doctors or consultants.
As well as sports injury treatment, our osteopaths can offer advice on all areas of sports injury prevention and management to enhance performance.
Your osteopath will assess, treat and give advice to ensure that the body heals in the best way possible, without residual stiffness or problems stored up for later.

“Back to Back was recommended to me after numerous years of back and leg pain. James really worked out what the issues were and has taken me from where I could do no sport and was in pain every day, to being able to complete 500 miles of the Tour de France route last year! I can’t recommend Back to Back highly enough.”
