Who can we help?

Conditions treated at Back to Back

Injuries are simply part of being active, and most people will experience them at some point. Whether you're working at a desk, gardening at weekends, exercising regularly or competing at a high level — with the right care, recovery is achievable.

Our team will work with you through treatment and exercise management to help you move better, reduce pain and build longer-term resilience. At your first appointment we'll take a comprehensive case history, carry out a thorough examination and form a working diagnosis, so we can agree a clear plan together. If we feel we're unable to help, we'll refer you for imaging or to one of our trusted sports doctors or consultants.

Our osteopaths can also offer guidance on injury prevention and performance management — not just recovery, but staying well.

Your osteopath will assess, treat and advise to ensure the body heals as well as possible, without residual stiffness or problems stored up for later.

Back to Back was recommended to me after numerous years of back and leg pain. James really worked out what the issues were and has taken me from where I could do no sport and was in pain every day, to being able to complete 500 miles of the Tour de France route last year! I can’t recommend Back to Back highly enough.
