Health and wellbeing is taken for granted. To be pain free and move well is important. Investing in your wellbeing helps longevity, increases your productivity and improves your mental health. Look after your body and it does a great job of looking after you!
Our clinic policy is to take payment from new patients before we book the appointment in the diary. Please be advised if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, the payment is refundable. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you might be charged the full fee.

Medical Insurance
We are recognised by medical insurance companies and most (not all) insurance policies will cover osteopathy, but we do ask that you settle your account with the practice at the time of your appointment and then claim from your insurers. Please inform reception when you make the appointment and they will advise you further on this.
It is recommended that you contact your medical insurer prior to treatment to ensure that you follow their procedures for claiming for treatment as each insurance policy is different.
BUPA - Annie and Anja are both covered by BUPA.
AXA PPP - Due to their changes in policy, we have regrettably removed ourselves from AXA PPP Healthcare.

This enables us to have your information up to date and also ensures you’re booking in with the best osteopath for your needs. If you’re unsure please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
