Mia graduated with a master’s degree in osteopathy from Swansea University, and since started her journey into women’s health and nutrition. Mia treats with a friendly, approachable nature and has a passion for helping people move better, recover from injury, and optimise their health.
Having a background in competitive swimming and sports throughout her education, Mia understands the importance of movement, performance and recovery. Alongside her osteopathic work, she is also a qualified swimming teacher, which has inspired her growing interest in aquatic rehabilitation and cold-water therapy as a complementary approach to health and wellbeing.
Mia takes a holistic approach to care, combining hands on treatment, lifestyle advice and exercise rehabilitation that fits seamlessly into everyday routines. Her aim is to not only relieve pain but to also address the underlying causes, supporting long term recovery and resilience. She enjoys empowering my patients with practical tools and tailored exercises so they can feel confident in managing their own health and getting back to their optimal health and activities they love.
Outside the clinic, Mia enjoys exploring the city, trying new things and recently taken up pickleball. She brings the same energy and enthusiasm from her personal interests into her work, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for her patients.
If you’re a current patient of Mia’s you can book your next appointment with her online. If you’re a new patient or you haven’t been into the clinic in the last two years you’ll need to contact us to book your appointment.
