Bow Chung
M.Ost
Osteopath
Bow is an osteopath with a background in strength training and coaching. Unlike many who grew up immersed in sport, she developed her love for movement later in life, going on to explore rugby, CrossFit, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kitesurfing, freediving, and strength training. These experiences shaped her belief that a strong, healthy body and a strong mind-body connection are essential for doing the things we love with ease.
She takes a particular interest in working with people who are pre- or post-surgical or recovering from injury. Having overcome personal injuries herself, Bow understands exactly what it takes to guide patients through rehabilitation — knowing what to do and how to do it so they can recover as quickly as possible while protecting their long-term health.
Her superpower is breaking down complex topics into clear, easy-to-understand information. Bow believes that moving out of pain and into better health should be a partnership rather than just being told what to do. She supports her patients every step of the way, ensuring they feel confident and never left stuck or unfamiliar on their journey.
Having spent much of her own career in desk-based roles, Bow deeply understands the strains, stiffness, and frustrations that come with modern working life. She recognises how challenging it can be to fit movement into a busy day, and she helps patients find practical strategies to overcome these barriers and look after their bodies in a way that feels achievable.
Outside of clinic life, Bow practices freediving weekly and enjoys strength training. A few times each year she travels and goes camping, and at home she shares life with two amazing cats who keep things full of personality

“All the roads to recovery from my injury were pointing to surgery on my spine, and through the hard work of James & the team I was able to rehabilitate and become stronger than I was! Thank you so much”
